    My interests include User-Centred Design, EPR usability, clinical and patient engagement in digital transformation, and inequalities in the digital health sphere. I am also a founding member of the Shuri Network.

    I have 25+ year’s experience across charities, social work, NHS, local government and industry. My most recent book is: Towards a digital health ecology: NHS digital adoption through the COVID-19 looking glass (Routledge).

    I am a co-founder at Vita Healthcare; a consultancy that supports health systems to accelerate and adopt innovation. I’m a co-founder at Doftware - a boutique data-driven software development agency.
